The mudslinging and cheap character assassination of corporate culture is being shamelessly normalised by a certain section of people who have never once stepped inside a proper corporate office in their lives. These are the same individuals who lack even the basic qualifications or exposure to understand how a professional workplace actually functions…where men and women work shoulder-to-shoulder, day after day competing on pure merit. They cannot fathom the sight of confident women dressed in sharp formals, carrying themselves with dignity, putting in long hours, taking on challenging projects, going toe-to-toe with male colleagues, and achieving genuine success through hard work and competence. For them, this reality is alien and deeply threatening. Especially the ones hiding behind fake profiles like this on social media…a pathetic catfish who has to steal a woman’s backless photo as his display picture just to get noticed and feel relevant online. These are the unqualified, frustrated voices who have never cleared a proper interview, never built a real career, and probably never even received a professional salary slip. Many of them are either completely jobless or, at best, sitting in some tiny family-run “baap ka dhandha,” doing all the manual labour themselves like a mazdoor …with no staff, no team, no growth, struggling to make meagre money just to pay basic bills. Some still have to ask their fathers for money to buy a decent cellphone or any small upgrade in life. And yet, every single day, they watch from the sidelines with burning envy as women step out of their homes, go to proper jobs, earn their own money, make independent decisions, command respect in meetings, travel for work, and build lives on their own terms. This sight shatters their fragile ego and outdated worldview. So instead of improving themselves, they resort to the only thing they’re good at….maligning these women with dirty, baseless slander, cheap jokes, and toxic generalisations about “corporate culture.” This isn’t about culture or values. This is pure, unfiltered jealousy and insecurity masquerading as moral policing. The same people who couldn’t survive a single day in a competitive professional environment are the loudest critics of those who actually do. Pathetic. Weak. And painfully obvious.
