Dear @Ticketmaster, When you offer your customers the option to purchase parking passes for a show and that show is postponed, you need to automatically issue refunds for said parking pass. Oh, and STOP using AI chat bots. Nobody wants that. This is asinine.

@Ticketmaster is a SCAM! Purchased @MiamiOpen tickets and pre-paid parking for session 12 but we were NOT allowed to park because Ticketmaster oversold the event parking. We demand full immediate REFUND. I should bill them for the wasted time, gas & tolls. Terrible organization.
