Necrotizing fasciitis is a challenging diagnosis. Our new @AnnalsofSurgery study found that the sensitivity of our current tools for diagnosis are poor, and LRINEC should NOT be used to rule-out. If concerned, IMMEDIATE surgical consultation is needed. journals.lww.com/annalsofsurger…
