@toi No TOI Kolkata for past few days. My paper delivery man is hospitalized,not willing to continue,I found another man,spoke to Ms Prerana,she changed code to new one as I'm yearly subscriber.Knowing that he would get money this new man stopped paper. Call to Prerana unanswered

@TOI_CRM I didn't get TOI copies on May 3,4,7,8,9 - 5 days. My yearly subscription ends on June4,2026. What about 5days I didn't get paper? Shall I get extension? Please clarify that point in writing. Can't trust any oral assurance as I don't know anyone else's name from TOI office desk.

@TOI_CRM I have asked for receipt but Swapnil denied it as I wanted to check the starting and end date of our subscription. First , I was promised, delivery will start from new vendor from 16th May which happen . Today whn I called so new date 25th May

@mataonline I paid for an annual subscription, but the newspaper delivery is highly irregular. Calls are not being answered and the vendor is not supporting at all. If you cannot provide proper service, then why take customers’ money and offer subscriptions?Please resolve this
