@tfinvesting_ @SartanparaYash There is a massive difference on a 3% hike on a 20 LPA over 5 LPA. But, the sad truth is the 5 LPA guy does most of the work and the 20 LPA get the credit and eventually becomes a manager.

@naughty_burger_ If you had worked for 17 years you know better than me. I joined in 2014, my ita promotion's entire package increase was 75k. I know people who joined before 2012 and their ita promotion was almost double.
My ita promotion happened after 5 years . I got 3 A band and 1 B band.

@tfinvesting_ @SartanparaYash Because I once used to work for TCS . Top performer for 6 consecutive years . My maximum increment never Crossed 5% , including promotion. I left out of frustration and made 5x ctc . They looted me with work and money . They earn crores and crores every quarter and pay nickel

@naughty_burger_ Bro , I'm not laughing at the people who got decrement. Because I too feel that pain I have also gone thru the pain ...I'm just furious at how TCS is run and how they cheat the employees. I'm really happy that the share market valuation is dropping. Employees deserve better
