I’m excited I will get to watch them in Provo again but the fact the selection committee let ASU in the tournament which BYU is 2-0 against and had virtually the same record is wild….

Want to shout out what an amazing run @byuwbb and @LeeCummard have had over the past month. Those girls may have taken an NCAA tournament bid from their rival and punched their own ticket instead. The best part is as well as they are playing the ceiling is still way higher!

Well I was right that BYU was gonna make more 3’s I just didn’t know that Bama’s entire team was gonna channel their inner @jimmerfredette bc they played against byu…..

Let’s hope the law of averages works out in the second half and BYU goes 7/12 from 3

It was great to see Egor play the way he did last night. I’ll never understand why some fans choose to fixate on a weakness while ignoring all a players strengths. Truth is, just by Egor being on the floor it causes opposing teams to react to his talent. He’s also 19 yrs old….

@TPlaist44 He almost cost us the game with that VERY costly turnover out of bounds. That cannot happen. I’m super happy with Demin overall. But to ignore his weaknesses is simply turning a blind eye. He’s got some skills, for sure. But the ball control MUST be improved, esp end of game.

@TPlaist44 I hate to say it @TPlaist44 and @LeeCummard but this is becoming my favorite BYU team to watch. So gritty and deep. Seem to all really like each other, especially Ygor!

After the successful Jeff Judkins era ended 3 yrs ago for @byuwbb I thought the HC choice should’ve been @LeeCummard to carry the torch and put his spin on it. BYU chose to go “outside the box” and while I get why, this time they need to fix what should have happened 3 years ago

I have not posted on Twitter or (I guess X now?) for a long time but @BYUMBB just made an amazing hire in Kevin Young. Sends a great message about how they want to compete in the BIG 12 and they did it in warp speed for BYU! Shout out to @TomHolmoe and the administration

I get all the outrage about the defense etc and I actually agree with it….but I also am really sad bc regardless of what the results show the players and coaches aren’t wanting this to happen…Doesn’t make it ok but makes it human.

I hope Jake Oldroyd has a special rest of the season and doesn’t let this ONE game define him bc he didn’t get the nic name “Jake the make” for nothing….I for one am pulling for him and thrilled BYU won bc that gutted me to watch

@BYUpros @CriddleBenjamin Absolutely could be! To me anytime you lose 7 players from your current roster regardless of if it’s voluntary, forced, culture issues etc that’s not something I’d be excited about.

IDK if anyone deserves blame be that coaches, the transfer portal, entitled kids or a combination of the 3 but it’s sad to see all these kids move on to other places mostly bc I know what a great experience I had at BYU….hope they find what they are looking for and so does BYU
