There were tears of joy at the Old Bailey today when all but one of a group charged with breaking into an Israel-linked weapons firm were released on bail. Some of them had spent over a year-and-a-half on remand.

23 of the Filton24 have now been granted bail and will be released. The 24th is submitting a bail application. None of them have a conviction. Some have been imprisoned without trial since August 2024. This is a scandal.
