There were tears of joy at the Old Bailey today when all but one of a group charged with breaking into an Israel-linked weapons firm were released on bail. Some of them had spent over a year-and-a-half on remand.

23 of the Filton24 have now been granted bail and will be released. The 24th is submitting a bail application.
None of them have a conviction. Some have been imprisoned without trial since August 2024.
This is a scandal.

BREAKING: WE WON.
The High Court ruled the Palestine Action ban is unlawful as it is disproportionate to free speech and the Home Secretary breached her own policy.
The court ordered the ban be quashed. Details of lifting the ban will be decided and completed at a later date.

The police tried their hardest to get the Filton 6 convicted. They failed on every single count.
So now, they're attacking anyone who recognises that the jury acquitted the protestors and didn't convict them of ANYTHING.

Not a single conviction has been delivered for the first 6 of the Filton 24 who were accused of shutting down Israel's largest arms firm Elbit Systems in Bristol. After over 500 days in jail. They stood up for Gaza, and won.

Six Palestine Action activists have been cleared of aggravated burglary in connection with a break-in at the Bristol site of Israeli defence firm Elbit Systems.
The jury at Woolwich crown court failed to reach a verdict on charges of criminal damage and violent disorder, and a charge against one defendant of causing grievous bodily harm. Prosecutors are now deciding whether to ask for another trial on the unresolved charges.
