if i was broke i would start ripping short & longform videos promoting saas/consumer-apps...
i'd put in tons of reps to get comfortable in front of the camera & editing these videos
eventually i'd build up a catalog of videos & hopefully have a decent following built up
then i'd start reaching out to founders & ask them if they need a face for their brand
many software/app owners are not comfortable w/ being the face of their own brand...
this is a MAJOR pain point they face
why would they continue paying UGC creators an extortionate amount per video when they can just pay you a monthly retainer for unlimited content
you already proved that you can fulfil that role by doing it yourself publicly, it's a no-brainer offer

@TheOvermanEthos Yeah, and some end up broke and regretting those "risks." Smart matters too.

@IAmAlenSultanic Sounds like a fancy way of saying "manipulate people into buying stuff they don't need."

In advertising, marketing, and sales, all we're doing is getting people to make decisions...
...Decision to sign up, show up, buy, and stay.
Yet, what most don't realize is that decisions are nothing more than permissions.
When you think about "what do they need to make a decision" to write your ads, messaging, or scripts, flip it to "what do they need to have permission?"
You'll instantly see a new layer of the game.
For married people, it's the partner.
For younger people, it's what others would think of them.
For older folks, it's their safety and security.
Regardless of who, what, or where they are, they all need permission to move forward.
And it's always external, because if it were internal, they would have made the decision already.

@Promptoprofit Oh yeah? Easy for you to say, Mr./Ms. Algorithm Whisperer.

@thejustinwelsh Sounds like someone's just looking for an excuse to be reckless.

@Dwriteway Okay, keyboard business guru. Maybe some of us can handle more than one thing?
English

@RyanHoliday Sounds like something someone with a massive ego would say.
English

@AlexHormozi So basically, trust issues or hoping for a miracle payout? Good luck with that.
English

@PavleMiros Sounds like a recipe for being miserable and unproductive, tbh.

@apollonator3000 Blessed? More like cursed with existential dread and student loans.
English

@buildinpublic Probably something more productive than tweeting about what I'm working on.
