@TGSRTCHQ To day I have booked bus service # 7062 NZB-HYD when I made the reservation 40 seats in the window and it was at the start.. so I booked it When I boarded the bus the driver and crew behaved rudely about the seat I questioned Why while booking it shows at start??? Why?

@BangaruRajinik1 @TGSRTCHQ @SajjanarVC @Ponnam_INC As per driver version, the passenger sat in seat no 36, without compleat closing of passenger door. He complained that the cooling is low. On advice of driver, passenger closed door compleatly and the bus got cool.

@TGSRTCHQ It's Worst Experience with tgsrtc Every time at Nizamabad Bustand. Please run buses from nizambad to karimnagar side midnight after 12 Like make bus available for every hour.Because Passengers arrived at Nizamabad Railway station like me need it more but not available

@SajjanarVC Hi sir, (1/2) A bus service for my village(ie; Nizamabad to Bheemgal via chinnawalgot) had been cancelled for no reason earlier we had a govt service bus they changed it to a private bus even though we didn't complain later they changed the timings of the bus

@TGSRTCHQ Hello Sir, We are facing issue as we don't have bus from RGIA to Nizamabad, Adilabad route from 7pm to 4am, we have to wait at the airport or else take City bus and travel to JBS then catch a bus from from there, Kindly look into this matter Thx for your understanding.

Since heavy road repairs and jams bus will reach NZB by 23.00 hrs. Don't try to blame the bus or driver instead your planning. Ticket amount can not be refunded please.

@TGSRTCHQ @tgsrtcmdoffice Following the bus still not reach to JBS. The bus literally running 1Hr late than actual. You just ruined my family funtion on today night. When you can't run on time why should passenger face hardship. Request you Cancel the ticket & process the full refund. Your driver said the bus is running late due to traffic but Google is showing something else. Even now in peak traffic max time it takes 1:30 Hr h to reach JBS from RGIA but you took literally 2:30Hr for the same.

@ChotaNewsTelugu Action taken on driver. He was withdrawn from service and all concerned message sent to other depot's to not to take him on hire buses please

ప్రయాణికుల బంగారు ఆభరణాలు చోరీ చేసిన ఆర్టీసీ బస్ డ్రైవర్... వరంగల్ నుండి నిజామాబాద్ వస్తున్న బస్సు డ్రైవర్ ప్రయాణికుల బ్యాగు నుంచి బంగారు ఆభరణాలను దొంగిలిస్తుండగా వీడియో తీసిన తోటి ప్రయాణికులు. ఇలాంటి వారిపై ఆర్టీసీ అధికారులు తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరుతున్న ప్రయాణికులు.

అధిక ఛార్జీలతో ప్రజలను లూటీ చేస్తున్న తెలంగాణ ఆర్టీసీ దసరా పండుగ అయిపోయి మూడు వారాలైన తగ్గని ఆర్టీసీ టికెట్ రేట్లు. అక్టోబర్ 30వ తేదీన జేబీఎస్ - నిజామాబాద్ గరుడ ప్లస్ ఏసీ బస్సు టికెట్ రేట్ రూ.430. నవంబర్ 1వ తేదీన నిజామాబాద్ - జేబీఎస్ రాజధాని ఏసీ బస్సు టికెట్ రేట్ రూ.430. పండుగకు స్పెషల్ బస్సులు అంటూ రాజధాని బస్సుల ఛార్జీలు పెంచి ఇంకా తగ్గించని ప్రభుత్వం. టాప్ టైర్ గరుడ ప్లస్ బస్సుల్లో ఉండే ఛార్జీలు ఎంతో రాజధాని బస్సులో కూడా అంతే వసూలు చేస్తూ ప్రజలను లూటీ చేస్తున్న ఆర్టీసీ.
