Adam and Eve lived in a garden, and walked with God. This is his perfect example. They didn't pray, they didn't get on their knees... they simply took a bite of the food and said thank you. They relaxed under the sun and said, "It's a nice day! Thank you." They didn't build temples, they just skinned their knees and said, "That hurt." Jesus said we have to come to God as little children. Little children share everything with their parents. The parents laugh at them, laugh with them, and generally enjoy their lives. God does with us and we are his little children. That's the truth of Christianity. It's not about a cathedral, and it's not about a mass of people all praying at once. It's the little believer who skins his knee and says ouch to God. It's the little believer who has a wonderful time on his wedding night, and afterwards thanks God for the fun he's had and his wife sleeping next to him. This is the truth... God enjoys us. We talk to him, and make him laugh. We make him cry. And yes, we can make him angry. Because he created us to do that.
