Patrick Wang is an incredible filmmaker. He's had support from film enthusiasts across the country. There's been little-to-no support from any cinematic institution (i.e. festivals) throughout his career. He's paved his own way. See his new film in New York starting in May.

So, 41 years ago today right now I was in my hotel room at Caesar's Palace going over my notes for this broadcast. We all knew it would probably be a great night for the sport, but no one could have known just how much it would live on as one of the most iconic moments in the sport's long history. These two men added a major piece of what made them legends in the sport. It was an honor to be able to chronicle this with Al Michaels.

There’s probably a guy in his late 60’s absolutely tanked at Mickey Malone’s in Brockton right now, ranting to anyone within earshot about how Marvin Hagler was robbed against Sugar Ray Leonard.

John Wayne gave custom-made coffee mugs with gold handles to cast & crew of nearly every production he was in from 1951 on. Here's The Quiet Man, The Searchers, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence, and Hatari!

I thought the Paramount+ debut was great, but there are a few things they have to figure out. Walkouts are very important. Corner commentary between rounds is very important. These are the things that make fighting fun. They’ve already stripped away some of the personality with the uniforms. Don’t strip away the walkouts. Don’t strip away the interactions between the coaches and the fighters. This would be a big mistake.
