@mistervern @RogersHelps Same! I've called 5 times on Saturday and 5 times today, waiting up to 2 hours or more only for the message to state: "We are unable to take your call at this time, please call back." The chat responds the same way. I booked at appointment at a store but couldn't help.

@TELUS offered me a great deal on Internet and TV to try switch me from Shaw/Rogers. Tried to connect with Rogers on chat, and after an hour wait they were unable to help, and after 2 hours on phone hold I gave up. @RogersHelps @Shawhelp
