@jodyvance @TELUS I call @Telus every month to complain about a charge that should not be on my account. Every month they apply a credit. And then, the next month the charge is on my bill again. To save time looking up their phone #, @TELUSsupport is in my list of contacts now.

I’m just a girl… Rebooting her @Telus modem for the umpteenth time today…after this cycle of BS. I pay hundreds of dollars each month for NOTHING to work?? Is it time to cut the cord? (There is nobody else in our house at the moment… So no drain on the Wi-Fi…poor service)

@TELUS If it's on the box, it can buffer. They've been restarted. Seems like a crapshoot every time they're turned on for the day, if they'll work 100% or not. Been 4 days, needless to say my 76 year old grandma is less than pleased with you "forcing" this change.

@TELUS We have to reset the router multiple times a day because we loose internet connection. There seems to be an IP or some other issue on the 5G channel. The 2.4 is completely unreliable.
