- Why is Bell sending me this, I am not subscribed to Bell network, I moved the number to Telus. And why sending me this July 14th other than 9th of every month which they used to send bill. I will gather these informations and take it to the police. Let me know what is happening

@TELUS I was told by tech support that its a known issue that some Samsung devices cannot receive calls and the only way to bypass this until @SamsungMobile comes up with a fix in an update is to force LTE not 5G

I will make it my life’s mission to discourage ANYONE from EVER signing up for services from @TELUS. Customer service 0/10. Service, 0/10 (always said I was roaming). Understanding a word that comes out of their mouths 0/10. The worst services I’ve ever paid for!!!!!!

@telus it’s absolutely crazy that we can’t put our home security on hold for 2 months while moving without having to pay out the remainder of our contract. The best solution is to contact the purchasers of our sold house to “take over our contract”

Telecommunications companies in Canada are a complete joke. Tell me how ordering an eSIM from @TELUS takes three days and the order still hasn’t even been processed. I ordered an eSIM because I wanted it instantly, not to wait until the Habs make an offseason move lmao
