@northernassist the access gate to platform 2 at Wetheral has lost a hinge and is hanging off. Could someone attend to repair it please? Could do with a repaint too!

@chriscollins462 @TPEassist Oh and TPE Customer Services tried it themselves, and confirmed they too can only add three attachments max. Despite no worded warning to this effect, nor this limit even being suitable for such a tool or purpose. 🥺😥

@TPEassist - I'm attempting to self-serve a refund for cancellation of trains and therefore not travelling at all today. Your Portal lets me provide the DETAILS of the FOUR tickets, but on the next UPLOADS page, it only allows a maximum of THREE uploads! Care to advise what I'm meant to do?

@chriscollins462 @TPEassist There are multiple failings with the portal. We've combined all 4 pdf's into one file (most people wouldn't be able to), but it also keeps 'deleting' one of our 4 info entries and only 'storing' 3. We therefore now have a Complaint Reference number. Not great for passengers.

Not to mention two (very different) tickets entirely, both have an identical TRxxxxxxxx number - which I thought was not possible. That's bound to also add confusion. Anyway, I am timed out again so will have to start all over again. 2 hrs and counting...

The whole process has been an absolute farce, and has taken me nearly 2 hours so far, as it kept timing-out my session on my phone, and then when trying on Desktop PC, even that does too by the time I have loaded up the tickets, and copy and pasted all the info you ask...
