Tom “Mr. March” Izzo. I caught him on his way out of the arena and simply just asked for a photo to send to my Dad(a Michigan State fan). He went out of his way to stop what he was doing, shake my hand, introduce himself and talk to me. A normal and meaningless moment for Tom, but I grew up watching this man coach. He doesn’t know it, but this interaction just made my entire year. A true stand up guy who is one of the best coaches to ever do it.
