@homegymcoop This is awesome. Built a home gym for the boys and they love it. Great time spent together and great habits. How about a Cooper approved workout playlist for us??

Before I had kids, I just thought the home gym was a cool place for me and my buddies to train.
Now, I realize the home gym is the training ground for families to grow together.
I’m convinced it’s the most underrated tools at a parent’s disposal.

If you hit a $10 million slot jackpot in Vegas you should tip the people who provided good service and made the trip fun — cocktail servers, hotel staff, slot attendants, floor staff, dealers if you played tables. Anything between $30,000 and $300K, spread around, is fine.
