Thousands participated in the anti-Trump "No Kings" march in Washington DC on Saturday, which continues to be under National Guard occupation. Filmed by @T_Jones_Media for @N2Sreports "[DC Mayor] Bowser, Bowser don't you see? You don't represent DC!" chanted protesters, condemning her cooperation with the Trump administration. Troops stood by as the protesters marched by them, who were primarily escorted by MPD officers.

At least 2 vehicles appear to have been damaged by a falling tree on Connecticut Ave NW. DC Fire and EMS confirmed one of the vehicles was occupied and the occupant extricated herself. Road is blocked with Fire, EMS, and MPD on scene.

THREAD: Last night in Washington DC, riot police used liberal amounts of pepper spray against protesters (and press) speaking out after the death of Karon Hylton. Hylton was hit by a car after police chased him allegedly for not wearing a helmet on a moped.

No!" a cop said as a man jumped, leaving a woman with him behind, who would have had to find a not-closed gate. Meanwhile, police attempted to confine the pro-Palestine protests outside.
