僕からはあまり細かいこと書かないようにと釘を刺されてるんですが、「半年経ったら半年分進んでいた」という点について少しだけ掘り下げておきます。 第一は、やはりデータファクトリーでのデータの取り方と規模です。規模については耳学で既に知ってましたが、データの取り方が明らかに変わりつつあることを目の当たりにしました。この規模でのデータ収集が、各地各社で行われてるのかー、ということは…と。 第２は、半年前は「とりあえずヒューマノイドも作らないと投資されないからやってる」という会社が訪問先ですら複数ありました。ですが今回行ってみると、「作っちゃったヒューマノイドで現状マネタイズするならこうだな」という方向性が各社ある程度見え始めており、そこに既に突っ込んでいるという感じでした。いまの「手持ちカード」で儲けることに彼らは貪欲です。 日本は計算資源も人材資源も、そのほか諸々に回すためのカネも足りてません。日本の中枢やハブになっているところ（某協会とか）には、可能な限り効率的に開発サイクルを回すために何をすべきか、もっと真面目に考えてほしいと改めて思いました。でないと後悔することになります。 いっぽう各現場はとにかく急ぐことと、そのためにリスクテイクと、ある程度の割り切りをすべきではないかと。日本企業あるあるだと思いますが、いつまでも「理由探し」をすべきではない。また、外部調達できるものはどんどんしたほうがいい。あらゆる面でのサプライチェーンを発達させている相手に対して、全部自社でやって勝とうとするのは無理筋です。国内チェーンをもう一度勝てる形で組むのはかなりの時間がかかるので、いまできることを最短でやるべきです。
