The police found documents of Militant Islamic organisations of Pakistan and Bangladesh in the hotel room as well as a card of banned Islamic organisation PFI. They also found and recovered narcotics from the room. He is now lodged in a jail in Maharashtra and if my information serves me right , he has also lost his Indian Navy job. India (primarily through BARC in collaboration with L&T) has developed a proprietary alloy called Advanced Purified Reactor Vessel Alloy (APURVA). Why does this matter? SMRs (Small modular reactors) require much more frequent thermal cycling (turning up & down) than large plants. Standard steel fatigues & cracks under this stress. APURVA is designed to last much much longer w/o the micro-fractures that usually plague smaller vessels. India has solved the metallurgical bottleneck that was keeping SMRs as theoretical. We can now mass-forge these vessels in Indian foundries (like L&T/BHEL) at a significantly lower cost than global benchmarks.
