I had an incredible experience this month at the Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century program at Harvard Kennedy School. It was both enlightening and inspiring. Three powerful reflections I’m taking away: 1️⃣ Impact matters. Being in a room with 50 global leaders from governance, social entrepreneurship, and the private sector was a strong reminder: how can we take one idea or purpose and deepen it for greater impact? 2️⃣AI is here to stay. The question is no longer if, but how: how can I leverage AI to improve and accelerate the work I do? 3️⃣Leadership is about diagnosis. One key insight stood out: many people are solving the wrong problems because they haven’t diagnosed them correctly. If the diagnosis is off, the results will be too. It was an incredibly insightful experience, and I feel energized and better equipped to go further and do more.
