I made him earn every victory and stole a few from him along the way. We took our shots at each other, in the media and on the track. But I’d like to think that somewhere deep down there was an appreciation that we pushed each other to perform at the highest level, even if neither of us would’ve admitted it. Tonight, I feel a little like the coyote with no more roadrunner to chase. His loss is all of our loss, but none more so than his family’s. Thinking of Samantha, and Brexton and Lennix who lost their father today.

We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old. We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.

@FrozenR6 I still have nightmares about a certain R6 operator cosplayer who sat in front of me in Atlanta… I am convinced this person lost a fantasy league and was prohibited from showering for a month as a humiliation ritual 😭

@ItsWrenn @imafinity I figured it was like that before where you needed to be shooting for a team or publication to get a credential, it's like that for all the Motorsport series I shoot I have to apply months ahead through the publication I work for

me when half the reason i’m going to SLC was to get some media for my portfolio and then my dumbass forgets to look at stuff for said media pass🫠

Seeing this when I haven’t been putting as much time into @M1Grands genuinely disgusts me saying that I’m going to make it a home for all people in comp again just like season 1 if you were cheated on in xgs qauls this last season dm me if you would like to help staff the league dm me and I can assure the whole comp scene that there will be a place besides xgs to show your the best

@NebsyR6 @Teddyfsbiddies Hard disagree on all of the things you've just said, running r6 tournaments is not full time or paying so it being professionally is a privilege, acting fast and making the wrong decision can get you in a world of hurt later down the line and we've learned this lesson before

We lost to the team that got caught for a dma in the game to qual for XGS so naturally we asked just to take their spot in the league (Seems pretty logical). Then we asked for a refund. We were given neither. Really good 👍

@NebsyR6 @Teddyfsbiddies I challenge anyone who is this adamant that it is easy to run a tournament to this scale (70+ teams across 2 weekends) with zero issues to do it and prove myself or any of the other organizers wrong, you will quickly find how much effort is required to run an event

@Teddyfsbiddies @NebsyR6 also leagues cant / wont ban someone for just being a "known dma" if theres a tweet exposing them for cheating in ranked / tms or something yeah they'll get banned. theres almost nothing you can do to link banned cheaters to fresh accounts without a consistent MOSS trail

@Teddyfsbiddies @NebsyR6 if you could link anything about them being perma dq'ed from other leagues or proof that half of them are fresh accounts from others that are evading suspensions that would be great

@Teddyfsbiddies @NebsyR6 who on that team was a repeat offender that was unbanned? its been a minute so i genuinely cant remember if anyone on that team had gotten dq'ed / banned from any other league in the past

@Tableddd @NebsyR6 Everything could be simplified if repeat offenders were just banned universally

@NebsyR6 @Teddyfsbiddies hardware is hard to spot in a timely manner in order to keep the qualifiers going, demanding a refund from organizers who already lose money running events for players is also disrespectful, if you dont want to take that risk dont compete its really simple

@NebsyR6 @Teddyfsbiddies from my experience as an admin, it is INCREDIBLY difficult to have a tournament with 0 controversy with perfect admin decisions the entire way, it requires a lot of things to go right and for nothing of this scale to happen, multiple players on a team cheating with spoofed

@NebsyR6 @Teddyfsbiddies "Why bother being a TO if you are so busy that you cant keep the competitive integrity of your tournament" if everyone did this there would not be t3 circuit, t3 has forever ran off the back of people volunteering their time to run events
