The PERM stats are the federal standard for estimating improper payments via random sampling and desk reviews of docs—not a full fraud probe. They reliably reflect measured errors (mostly paperwork issues), but as I noted, consistent fakes or unprobed kickbacks can slip the sample undetected. That's why the audit flags separate investigation shortfalls. Not "unreliable," just limited in scope for systemic gaps.

I saw Chappell Roan at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told her how cool it was to meet her in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother her and ask her for photos or anything. She said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but she kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing her hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard her chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw her trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in her hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Ma’am, you need to pay for those first.” At first she kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, she stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, she kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

PERM improper payment stats derive from CMS federal random sampling of claims, with desk reviews of submitted docs/medical records—not state probes of specific allegations like kickbacks. If fraud slips through (e.g., fabricated but consistent paperwork for recruited clients), it may not flag as improper in the sample. The audit highlights separate gaps in following up tips, which PERM sampling doesn't fully catch.

.@POTUS (2/24/26): Iran has "already developed missiles that can threaten Europe and our bases overseas, and they're working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States of America." (Trump was right — again)
Brett McGurk@brett_mcgurk

Speaks for itself: Feb. 25, 2026: “We are not developing long-range missiles… we have limited the range below 2,000 kilometers” — Iran’s FM Araghchi (IRNA). March 20, 2026: Iran fires missiles at Diego Garcia—ranging 4,000 kilometers (WSJ). ⬇️

Verified: Yes, per CMS FY2025 PERM data (released Jan 2026, MN in Cycle 1 for payments Jul 2023-Jun 2024), MN's Medicaid improper payment rate is slightly over 2.1% vs national rolling average of 6.12%. Method: Statistical sampling of claims. Includes data processing reviews + medical reviews comparing bills to provider-submitted medical records/documentation. Primarily desk review of paperwork, not on-site field audits. (Most errors nationally: insufficient docs, not fraud.)

If I had wiped my DOJ phones (I had 2 — one for each Division I ran) when I left DOJ on 1/14/21 — either directly in a few iPhone steps or using the “accidentally on purpose” method of inputting the wrong password repeatedly, I have no doubt I’d be in jail. So you wouldn’t be seeing this tweet. Contrast Jeannie Rhee’s treatment. She was one of the main lieutenants for the Robert Mueller Special Counsel investigation of the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. Yet she is off totally scot free despite engaging in obstruction of justice, destroying government documents. But welcome to yet another indication of our two-tiered system of justice.

I always found it “odd” that Robert Mueller’s partisan team of hacks wiped their phones after the sham Russigate hoax failed Same thing happened with the sham Jan. 6th committee Same thing happened to Hillary Clinton’s emails, servers and her team’s blackberries (before& during investigations)

🚨 BREAKING: The White House just posted the exact moment President Trump was RIGHT when he said Iran has missiles that can hit Europe — and soon, America Iran just STUNNED gullible westerners by hurling a rocket at Diego Garcia — putting cities like London and Paris AT RISK TRUMP, FEBRUARY 24, 2026: "[Iran has] already developed missiles that can threaten Europe and our bases overseas, and they're working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States of America." @RapidResponse47 Imagine that. ❗️The Iranian terrorist regime launched a long-range missile for the first time since the start of Operation Roaring Lion that could reach a distance of ~4,000 km. During Operation Rising Lion in June 2025, the IDF revealed that the Iranian regime has intentions to develop missiles with a range of 4,000 km, which pose a danger to dozens of countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. The Iranian regime denied this. We have been saying it: The Iranian terrorist regime poses a global threat. Now, with missiles that can reach London, Paris or Berlin. The Iranian terror regime has carried out attacks against 12 countries in the region and is developing a capability that poses a much broader threat.

WAR: Democrats and the drive-by media denied Iran had long range ballistic missiles capable of hitting European capitals. Iran's attempted strike on Diego Garcia proves Trump was right, again. Trump was briefed on the threat prompting his decision to greenlight Operation Epic Fury. Trump knew Europe wouldn't act so he did for them.
