BREAKING: New home prices in 70 Chinese cities fell -3.2% YoY in February, the steepest annual drop in 8 months. Home prices in China have now fallen in 44 of the last 47 months, the longest streak in history. The resale market also remains weak with prices falling in tier-one, tier-two, and tier-three cities in both monthly and annual terms. Furthermore, property investment plunged -11.1% YoY in the first two months of 2026, while sales by floor area fell -13.5%. China's 2008 moment continues.

In all my years of owning German cars I had no idea until today this was a thing. Apparently all German cars have a setting that will dimly illuminate the tail and front driving light to give the car visibility while parked. In my car, key out, car off, just use the left or right turn stalk to illuminate that side of the car. Neat! 📸

This was one of those shows that blew my mind for having continuity in a kids show.

ReBoot came out in 1994. I was 2. I remember catching episodes around 6-7 and loving that it felt like I was watching a computer game (shoutout Windows 95/98)! I understood none of it. But Hexadecimal gave me nightmares, I could tell you that!
