We successfully performed our first mitral transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (mTEER) using MitraClip in a 92-year-old gentleman at @UpstateNews. We utilized one MitraClip for a flail A2/P2 scallop prolapse, reducing the regurgitation from 4+ > 1+. The patient was extubated in the operating room at the end of the procedure and is recovering well. *shared with patient’s permission
