@TakePayments I’m getting a 502 bad gateway when trying to visit my login page for take payments

We're currently experiencing a known technical issue with Vodafone, our telecommunication provider, which is impacting calls in and out of the business, and it may take longer to answer your call. We are working to get this resolved with Vodafone urgently.

@TakePayments we want to return your machine. @BcardPayments is charging us £15.70 for this month just because we have the machine even when I told them that we are not using it. We want to return your card machine now and we do not want it!

Just a word of warning for small businesses looking for a card reader as I was - I used @TakePayments site for some quotes, ticked that I didn’t want to be phoned or contacted, just quotes and have had none stop phone calls and emails since, yet no actual quotes?? 🤔

@TakePayments We are having technical difficulties in setting up paypage for our company and we have also provided screenshots of 3D secure transaction error via email. Have done 3 to 4 emails and calling every day to resolve this matter but no one is bothered to call us back and

@SarahLPotter Hi, if you go into the payment app, then select the three lines or dots on the top right. Then go into setting ans tou can tap on the toggle next to 'merchant receipts', which should turn them off for you. Thanks.
