I never understood releasing 4 characters a year for DLC, especially as an established franchise, when they can easily do 12 1 character per month needs to be the standard moving forward, as that gives the chance for more fan favs to return, as well garner more money

3. They're less resource intensive to make than T8 and SF6 characters and assets

@TakeYourLewds @MirageFrontiers DBFZ came out in 2018 and is visually more appealing than KOF COTW. Regardless how you feel about it the level of detail they put, Snk characters can not be compared to the "realism slop" or tekken. The production cycles are different so you cant call them lazy for that reason.
