#clusterbombs for #Ukraine is a terrible idea. Used since WW2 . They should be banned. #VietnamWar 260 million cluster bomblets dropped on #Laos 1964 and 1973. 80 million didn't explode. By 2010 more than 7000 civilians killed or hurt in Quang Tri #Vietnam by UXO clusters
