This is so important! Even though we’re providers, we’re human too and I think it’s important to share appropriately that we don’t always have the answer either. I honestly think this kind of disclosure strengthens the therapeutic relationship. #RonaRealness





I’ve been struggling with allergies from staying inside constantly so it’s been hard to muster up energy to exercise like I was. But instead I’ve been making sure to do other activities away from my phone like cooking, which I normally don’t do. #RonaRealness


A3 I highly recommend becoming aware of self through mindfulness and meditation. Additionally getting fresh air daily even if its through opening your window. The natural beauty and sounds of birds and the trees and wind blowing has true healing power in stress reduction

A3) But I also show myself some compassion - if I can't stick to the routine every day, that is fine. There is always the next activity or the next day! #RonaRealness
