Communicating with TT very difficult/impossible. We still have no wifi despite being told connected. Badly affecting business! V unhappy.

@TalkTalkBiz Our fibre broadband went down this morning so we can't work. Your website says 24/7 365 day support for biz full fibre but you open only Monday-Friday so no support at all!. Simply useless!

@TalkTalkBiz raised a complaint this week with @TalkTalkBizCare and so far no response which says everything about this rubbish company. I should never have renewed my contract with them last year. Won't be making that mistake again.

No phone line after logging the issue with @TalkTalkBiz three weeks ago. Was told there was a fault but now I have to pay for an engineer visit as no fault can be found. Honestly, do not bother with this company as the customer service is worse than BT.

.@TalkTalkBizCare @TalkTalkBiz I made big effort to find a way of connecting an older iMac wired to the router. The laptop cannot be wired connected so test comes bad while good on iMac, both next to router. Can you explain plz?
