What the hell are you talking about? Do you not know how this works? Waters went a month ago, saw Wood throw. At that time said Wood is my guy, and PSU put Wood as their top. Wood then visited PSU, and had a scheduled visit & meeting w Boston College, and set a commitment/announcement goal of this week. Psu virtually backed off Peter completely. This isn't a big deal. No idea what you guys have such a hard time with this & why you cant understand.

@TalleyBandz44 Franklin can't develop qbs at all. He ruined Allar at PSU. Yes, Franklin can recruit very well, but he can't win big games. He will make VA Tech relevant but thats it. I wouldn't expect anything more than 8 wins a season.

@TalleyBandz44 That’s what you say when you want to manufacture online drama. Penn State thinks he’s a great QB, just not good enough to justify the price he was asking. The QB ranked behind him may not be as good but by not overpaying for an unproven player they limit their risk.
