go watch film amd you'll notice 80% of the time 3 star prospects or lower are usually the more talented athletes. Players @ schools like IMG, Mater Dei, etc obviously would get a higher rating even when theres players in small massachusetts towns that are actually more talented. Pat Mahomes was barely even given a rating
