tenants/ Landlords with rental payments have been unreliable & damn near criminal! . We are missing payments dating back to 2023! $12K outstanding in rent for one tenant cripples a small landlord. This is insane and not one response from HRA since 10/2023!!

taxes,to judges who allow non payment cases to drag on for over a year and city agencies that further exasperate financial responsibilities, one would believe we’re being purposely bullied into selling! Agencies that supposedly assist
