In Utahime’s profile, the reason is literally that Gojo/Geto don’t respect her as a senior, so “dislikes/can’t stand” fits better than treating it as actual deep hatred.

For Utahime, the context is Gojo teasing/disrespecting her as a senior, so “dislikes/is annoyed by him” fits better than deep hatred. 憎い is stronger resentment.
