@virginmedia I was told that someone was coming today though, I checked numerous times that they would be - why can no one escalate this properly for me?

The team will have escalated this as a priority. Recently bereaved (25/08), severely disabled mother has woken up with no Tv, internet or phone (!) this morning. I called @virginmedia about this and was promised an engineer would attend by 2pm. Travelled all the way to her home with 5 kids, cancelling our plans

But @virginmedia I was categorically PROMISED that an engineer would be coming TODAY! Which is why I travelled all this way with my 5 children - this is appalling, honestly, it’s just awful that she is without service, she’s got no way of contacting anyone without her phone!

Losing £160 - only to find out that @virginmedia lied and actually they ARE NOT coming today! This is UNACCEPTABLE. They won’t put me through to a proper manager - I have spoken to one helpful person but they cannot be sure anyone will come today

@KentHighways Saw this happen tractor on A20 bridge going over M20 lost its trailer on bridge, tractor then crashed through bridge barrier and fallen from the bridge onto M20 below.

M20 J3-J1 Both directions. Due to an overturned vehicle, the M20 London bound carriageway is closed between J3 & J1. 1 lane also closed on the coast bound carriageway. Emergency services & National Highways attending. Expect delays in the surrounding areas moorl.uk/?bedgrh
