@LucyBerrym@MyLivia_ Honestly, it is not worth it. Check out my tweets - I have been waiting three months for a refund, and they just continuously lie about it! It has been 2-3 days for months. They are scam artists preying on people who are in pain.
@MyLivia_ I live in the UK, ordered mylivia #117646 on 19/3/19. DHL package reached heathrow customs. I have a LETTER FROM UK CUSTOMS TO PAY THE £31.73 CUSTOMS FEES. THERE WAS NO WARNING ON THE MYLIVIA WEBSITE. Unacceptable. I expect you to contact me to pay the fees by 8/4/19.
Yes so you may have noticed I am on a mission to get my money back. I hope that normal, sporadic tweeting service will resume shortly, I fear this make take a while.
@MyLivia_ do not buy from this scam of a company. They are thieves who take your money, have a lot of small print that even they don’t stick to and won’t give you your money back
Hey @MyLivia_ is there a reason my friend and lots of other women have been waiting months for the refunds you promise "usually within 2-3 days"? And why you seem to be removing reviews that state as such?

@KayleighKnopp@MyLivia_ Me too! I'm afraid it is not good news - I am STILL waiting for a refund and chasing this regularly. I didn't want to have to take this to social media, but short of contacting Chen Nachum, not sure what else to do.
@mylivia_ it's really not acceptable to treat customers like this, and currently the organisation is coming across as a scam. It should not take 3+ months to process a refund and not be able to tell customers when they will recieve it.
Livia saga still ongoing. After 3 months of chasing a refund, and being promised I would recieve it by yesterday at the absolute latest, I have now been told it "might take some time" in the financial department, and no one knows why or when it will be processed. @mylivia_
2/2 and from 5 different email addresses recieved an email stating it isn't monitored and I won't get a reply. Livia won't refund me until they get the device back, so I'm basically stuck without the product and £119 down.
In case you were thinking of getting a Livia device, don't bother. 1 week after ordering, recieved an email insisting i pay £40.18 additional cusom fees, tried to refuse the package 1\2
