I really like what @derekmcd21 brings with him to Chapel Hill. While he missed pretty much all of last season.. he’s brings a ton of snaps & a ton of high level experience across his five seasons of college football, with him to Carolina. I’m looking forward to seeing what he can bring to our defense this season 🐏

Veteran linebacker with proven ACC experience. Smart player who sees it early and finishes. Nice addition to a room that needed experience. 161 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 2 FF, 1 INT, 3 PD, & 1 FR in his career so far He will have 1 year of eligibility left.
