@in_my_sink @Jasper1022339 @hunnicure usually its based on the initial size of the image as a whole. there might have been a clear line between each bill and such that, if you were to look from a far, or tried to upscale, the enhancer/upscaler wouldnt pick up on the, to it, tiny lines and fuck it up from there.
