I want heavy reforms in the Court: term limits, binding ethics code, etc. I don't believe parties should have unchecked power.

Obama had a brief 60-seat window in 2009–2010 and used it to pass the ACA. Also, abortion codification wasn’t the priority, and public opinion was still split after Reagan’s culture war on it.
