@British_Airways who in your team takes accountability?? My account was hacked with 1000s of Avios stolen, it’s taken you weeks to lock my account after multiple calls. You will not say how long an audit takes! Customer service is shocking via phone! When will I get Avios back?

@British_Airways HORRIFIED! flew BA 3x last year with issues each time. 11hour flight with broken entertainment system. 2nd flight 4hour delay. 3rd flight changed 3x pre-departure and cancelled on the day. waiting 6 wks for complaint claim for hotel, lost bags wheres my money?
