@NiteStar good question. Its more the technology being used, but every time we have mentioned it to business owners..they cringe. They want solution, don't care about the tech.

@TassoR I'm confused. If AI helps you do those things then how is AI not an answer?

@strategystew @numa_helps typically a business will rescue 50% of its missed calls. At $50/month, a business usually sees the service paying for itself in 2-3 days.

Question for @Tassor What's the biggest ROI one of your customers or clients have gotten? Do you think it's possible to get enough new clients for @numa_helps to pay for itself? #BizapaloozaChat

@SchellerAnna @DIYMarketers forwarding to your (or an employee) cell phone is great. Many business owners are looking for help during after hours when they don't want to be disturbed

A9: A chat feature would be helpful. It would be great if you could chat with a local business, either via their website or from their Google listing. #BizapaloozaChat

@Bizapalooza I would never mention chatbots. Businesses are averse to that. This is next generation of voiceamail using texting to solve problems and deal with customers

A9- I know chatbots are all the rage, but I’d go with something less tech oriented, especially for small businesses. I’d start by asking for feedback, and create something that customers really want. #BizapaloozaChat

@NiteStar Most customers want an answer quickly - placing an order etc. and when they encounter voicemail, they hang up and call another (competitive) business.
