@shonapapi Ford doesn’t have a local equivalent of a Land Cruiser SUV. And why are we comparing a large SUV with a truck?
English

@Tatchak1900 @anesu_nigel3 Market yefodya haitsvagwe correct your understanding
English

@SthembelaM @Mr_PeterM In my market it doesn’t sell well coz of that overlap with Fortuner. And then there is Fortuner’s cheaper alternatives like MUX and now recently the influx of cheaper and fully loaded Chinese vehicles
English

@Mr_PeterM Should be 560k or less. More than that people will buy a fortuner.
English

@Murumba_Bharuwa @anesu_nigel3 The price is a function of demand and supply. The more you supply to the market with a declining demand, the less price you can charge.
English

@Tatchak1900 @anesu_nigel3 Market is always there, its the price which isn't guaranteed

Good day Crime Watch, I am not sure if this will help others or not, but I would like to report a scam involving a woman named Miriam Takanayi (37) originally from Mapiya, Guruve.
At the beginning of March this year, we were looking for a house. We saw a 2-bedroom flat in Madokero Mews advertised on a Facebook accommodation group by her. We contacted her and arranged a viewing. After viewing, she told us she was a relative of the landlord and was moving out at the end of the month.
We agreed to pay a partial deposit and the full rent upon receiving the lease agreement from her. She later provided a lease, and we paid a total of USD 710, with the agreement that we would collect the keys on the 30th of March.
Everything seemed fine, and we did not suspect any scam until the day we were supposed to collect the keys. On that day, she told us the house had been taken over by the court due to bank debts.
After further investigation on the same day, we discovered that the flat had also been allocated to another victim. We further learned that Miriam was actually a tenant who was renting the property and had already been served with a notice by the landlord due to unpaid rent arrears.
We reported the matter to Mabelreign Police Station, but the case is now going cold. The worrying part is that the police are aware of where she is staying, but they say they are waiting for us to provide further leads.
When we reported the case, we also discovered that we are at least five families who were defrauded by the same person, with a total loss of almost USD 5,000.
I am attaching her photo and hoping this will help in finding her and recovering our money.
