Dr Oscar Kambona is a founding and senior partner at @KAAdvocates, he is one of the country’s leading tax practitioners, and a lawyer who has spent his career at the intersection of law, revenue and economic policy. He recently earned a Doctor of Laws (LLD) in Taxation from Makerere University, adding academic depth to a practice already respected across the profession. Beyond practice, he has helped shape the next generation of lawyers, teaching taxation at the Law Development Centre and contributing to the intellectual development of Uganda’s tax jurisprudence. In short, when Uganda’s legal profession speaks about tax, Dr Kambona is one of the voices that defines the conversation.
