So Curb payment system will be offering jobs to drivers similar to Taxiworld, but with one huge difference. The work coming through Curb is a booking platform for Uber. You couldn’t make it up. Will drivers strip out the Curb system?

@TaxiJudge That disruptive technology, as also used by taxi apps, is 15 years old and is on the point of being disrupted itself. Nobody standing at an Uber terminal in a London hotel cares about any of that. But you want to ensure they're in a minicab.

@guidoacasa Uber is widely considered a disruptive technology company. It’s end game is to dominate the marketplace. Uber is not a taxi company and has zero care for the welfare of the taxi trade as we know it. But you knew that.
