@ReissNFFC @MattDockers @nffc1865__ That’s the thing he’s not gonna replace him and he’s not good enough to start we can’t be spending loads of money on a starter and then an upgrade on a 4th/5th choice player when that market is so hard to shop in anyway and we have other areas. If he wants to leave that’s fair.

@forestmad80 What if he’s doesn’t want too leave? If that’s the case then fair enough. If we’re in that bad of a position with PSR then we’re doing something very wrong. And that’s it he’s a decent squad player we’ve got bigger problems in the squad than Ryan Yates.

@Tay03Jack What if we want to get a better player in the squad, what also happens if he wants to play regular football? What happens if someone comes in and offers us £12m which goes 100% against PSR. This is the reality. Tough chat but here we are….

@Dicso82 @nffc1865__ Exactly, personally growing up if I was good enough to stay at Forest for my entire career no matter how bad or good I was I would’ve stayed my entire career. For some people that’s the dream. If he was really shit then yeah as a fan I’d say the club should get rid but he’s not.

@Dicso82 @nffc1865__ I just don’t think he’s that bad of a player to need to offload him just yet, him being homegrown is a bonus and it’s nice too see but that’s it. Everyone knows he’s limited but he can also do a job, if we struggle next season I know I want him in and around the players/squad

@redfletch83 I think Ando is the only one pretty much guaranteed to go, the others are purely if they really want too go I don’t think we can stop MGW or Murillo this time.

I have read some nonsense on here about forest now likely to lose 4 of their best players in the summer. Anderson, Murilo, Gibbs White and Williams. Only 1 player that should go is Anderson for obvious reasons. If we are to grow as a club you have to keep your best players.

Be pretty much a new signing. Frankfurt have played different this season too which would help I think

@Reggie8jb Gonna have some money this summer after the Ando sale, feel like we need to have at least one signing showing a bit of intent. Also feel like there might be some teams to take advantage of in summer. Hackney if not promoted, Chelsea will want rid of a few, all relegated teams.

Who are our main targets in the summer? Who will improve us? I'm all about the spine. Get Ortega. One of the Fulham centre backs. Garner, Elliott, Jones. Players comfortable on the ball but also strong in midfield. Would look again at Breel Embolo if his fitness is better. #NFFC

@therandompundit @TalkingRedsPod IMO I think we keep Wood as he still so important even if not playing he seems pretty important, but this would also depend on how much money we would get for Jesus, I have a suspicion that a European side will offer decent money for him. If not then i would be keeping his as 2nd

@therandompundit I doubt we will with VP in charge, if he stays (hopefully he will) but I think it’ll be the 442 and 343 being played, pre season will be interesting, think there’s an option with whoever comes in for Ando I doubt will be willing to pay 100 plus mil so maybe a player involved?

@Tay03Jack The replacing of CM is key. We need to know if we are ever playing 4-3-3 or anything with 3 in mid. If so, a 5th MC would be ideal unless McAtee can develop into an 8

Absolutely spot on. Yes it was an opportunity, but we thought it hard in the league this year with Europa, UCL would be 1st team in UCL each week! We are building nicely as much as this really stings right now. Under Marinakis, we build and build. #nffc

@therandompundit I don’t particularly want that many but I think with injury’s we’re almost needing them, but tbf I like 442/4411 hybrid being played but still wouldn’t mind seeing a fluid 343 being played at some point with Ando most likely to go, CM is the 1 priority.

@Tay03Jack We can’t carry 4 wingers for just the league, that’s the issue (even putting aside SCR!). The issue is injury proneness. Which as much as it pains me to say it, there needs to be a medical assessment of Wood, CHO and Ola and decisions made.

@therandompundit Disagree tbh if Vitor stays, left is MGW, CHO who can be injury prone, right is Bakwa and Omari, both aren’t guaranteed to be quality although showing glimpses, think one young player with potential would be nice, RB definitely needs cover, Aina injury prone then we struggle.

@Tay03Jack No more wingers please. Stability in that department and sell 1 (and Jota). Bawka has already started coming good for example. Fullbacks are perfect for me: Neco, Ola, Netz, Savona & Moriera (Abbott as cover). Don’t need squad players, need to trim! But yep to MC!!
