I feel like the service industry in Da Nang hasn’t reached its peak yet 😬 I think I haven’t been to any other place where waiters got our orders so wrong on a consistent basis than in Da Nang. 3 Examples: I order a pizza without rocket and get a pizza with double the amount of rocket. My gf points at the “fresh coconut water” and received ice cream coconut coffee? 😅 My friend orders boiled potatoes as side. 15m later the staff comes back and says „sorry no potatoes anymore“. So he tried to order rice but can’t cause it’s not on the menu. They do have rice tho. So after arguing he finally gets to order 100g of rice. 5 min later the boiled potatoes arrive 🤡 I initially assumed it must be a language barrier issue which is fair but then I realized we always double confirm the order. It must be something else just not sure what! haha I’m aware this is a 0.5 world complaint and obviously isn’t the end of the world but fuak me it gets tiring after a while 😅
