If your Base wallet appears disconnected, it can temporarily prevent your staked balance from displaying. You’ll need to clear the glitch cache through the DApp connection, and your staking session may also require a manual refresh from the backend synchronization module. Do you know how to proceed with that process?

@Gedet_27 I have been staked for almost year. Today when I opened my Base wallet and navigated to the Onyx app, it appears my Base wallet has been disconnected and won’t let me reconnect. Can’t see my staked balance or anything. What’s up with this?

By popular request: private key import, export, and migration to Station are now live. That means you can import your wallet via seed phrase or private key, migrate to MPC, and see your old Terra wallets in-app. Wallet features are not live just yet — just the first migration step!

Have you tried clearing your wallet cache yet? If the problem still continues, the staking module may need to be manually refreshed through the backend synchronization system. @lace_io i cannot stake. when i select any stake pool it just flashes blank white boxes and does nothing - on all browsers on pc. and another issue i have is on my smartphone android when i go to stake just by selecting the stake icon it throws me out of the application wallet crashes

@Ewoah7 Thanks for reaching out mate, Yes, a few users are experiencing the same issue right now. Try to refresh your wallet . In many cases the tokens start showing after the wallet update and synchronization is completed manually and make it through the dapps wallet connection. Have you done that ?

Since your old BSU tokens are still stuck on Binance and were not migrated during the automatic migration phase, the migration will now need to be completed manually through the DApp wallet connection module through the manual deployer in order to claim your new tokens.
