As a resident going into IR I’d prefer to never read a skull base tumor MRI again.

@dr_cellini One of the companies was at RSNA and I asked the same question and it’s basically a whole body t1, t2 abdomen and brain and a DWI brain.

Anyone have the protocols used for those gimmicky ‘whole body MRIs?’ I’m looking at list of conditions they check for and it includes: -accessory spleen (who cares) -absent Kidney (US can also show this) -adrenal cyst (who cares) -ankle metastases (wut?) -atelectasis (who cares) -bone island (who cares) -the list goes on….
