I think you’re lacking reading comprehension here on this post and adding in a lot of context that isn’t relevant. This isn’t specifically an ICE post. This is a post about violating 2nd amendment rights… 1. I do know the facts of the second amendment. I do know that you cannot just shoot someone because they are armed. 2.i am comparing my experience because it is relevant, i have been an LEO, i have dealt with individuals who were armed many times. I have dealt with individuals who were armed and committing crimes. There still needs to be preconditions for deadly force present and simply having a weapon on your person does not qualify. 3. I am understanding the complexity and I’m explaining that this, in fact, is a false statement and against the law. Something the LAWYER who posted it should clearly know but still chose to press post.

@dexterwebn @slietz51 @Sassafrass_84 You've been in similar situations? I have to apologize here and just claim bs. A law enforcement entity has not seen this sort of harassment or people forcibly involving themselves directly in their actions in US history.

That would be a good argument against someone who hasn't had a career in security and have been in similar situations. I've worked with and alongside first responders, including law enforcement and military, retired and active. Faced a lot of bullcrap from the streets to prisons. You know what none of us ever did? Kill anyone because they were in possession of a weapon. It's crazy to me that some people are acting like for 250 years we haven't been enforcing the law, and all of a sudden this administration is the only one that's doing it.

That's not the point here. I am not sure why you guys deflect so much. Alex Pretti had the right to carry. What he doesn't have the right to do is go to a coordinated protest against federal law enforcement and agitate and assault ICE agents while resisting arrest. That's the problem. Glad we could clear it up.

🚨HOLY FU*KING HELL: A physician’s sworn affidavit just destroyed the official narrative. He says he ran to the scene, identified himself as a doctor, and BEGGED to help Alex Pretti. ICE agents blocked him, demanded a physician’s license, and still weren’t performing CPR. When he finally got through, he found Pretti on his side with multiple gunshot wounds in his back and started CPR himself. That’s the story: they shot him… then wouldn’t let a doctor treat him.
