This is going to be the true litmus test for the Yankees. If and when Caballero is healthy… then they need to do the right thing with Volpe and send him back down.
However, if they put Cabby back at utility and keep AV at SS- then it will be a clear message to fans….

Absolutely sucks this is the way Volpe finds his way back here. Defense looked putrid and lazy in the minors. So Caballero now likely loses his starting job that he earned because of injury. Brutal
