I investigated the matter and the guy showed the benchmark with similar results, although with different hardware. The results are still impressive. I have sent him $200 and deleted my tweets. The video link is in comments. The npc issue might be due to some bio settings(mystery)

Esta ha sido nuestra participación en el QUALY de Fejuves: 13-10✅ @ElMuelleEsports 8-13❌ @MelillaTitans 11-13 ❌#monsters El Primer partido ha ido como debería, más cerca de lo que me hubiera gustado, contra Melilla no hemos cogido ritmo en el terror y contra monsters se nos ha ido el mapa por detalles y clutches. Muy contento con el nivel del equipo en nuestro primer torneo juntos y muchas gracias a @martiiinmcfly por hacer de Stand-in. Vamos a por todo.

@iamcs2kitchen This benefit is total bullshit you are testing 4K very high settings. You can clearly see that -noreflex and uncap fps cs2 finally feels 240+hz. This alone is more important than 1-10ms difference when playing at 1280x960 where gpu is max 92-95%

You get really good benefits from using reflex when your GPU becomes the bottleneck. If you have a weak GPU or are playing above 1920*1080 resolution in CS2, keep reflex enabled. This is an extreme test at 4k Max Settings in Cache with 10 bots moving. Almost 5 ms difference
